Congratulations to 19 By the Bridge Foster Parents and 4 members of staff, 2 Social Workers and 14 Foster Parent from other fostering organisations, who have successfully completed their Certificate in Therapeutic Fostering (credit rated by the University of Greenwich).

6 Foster Parents have achieved and 44 are studying for their NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children).

4 Foster Parents have qualified as NVQ Assesors (A1).

BtB Staff Celebrate 400 years!!

Of 30 members of staff, 28 are in long term relationships....a collective anniversary of 400.5 years and an average of 14.3 years each! 63% of us have direct experience of fostering or therapeutic childcare, and it seems that even those who don't do know quite a lot about staying attached and sustaining relationships!
